We certainly address the traditional areas of purpose, vision, mission, strategic intentions, goals, tactics, and values. However, what often does not get addressed in conventional planning is your inner world comprising your often unconscious and/or habitual limiting beliefs and guiding principles you choose to live by. You can remain reactive to the world coming at you, rather than responding authentically and proactively to the world you want to create for yourself.

Our process is supported by a detailed participant workbook that holds you accountable for following your chosen path.

Commitment to any exercise of this nature is essential for it to be of value. Peter Senge, the author of The Fifth Discipline, a major, well-recognized leadership and strategy publication, describes commitment in the following ways.

Our experience is that unless individuals maintain a 6 or a 7 on their scale, aspirations falter with significant impact on not just outcomes but on an individual’s, group’s, and even organization’s sense of value to themselves.

You might like to reflect on how you typically function on this scale in your everyday life and where you might want to be aspirationally. If you are not centered on a 6 or 7 or there is any gap between where you are now and where you would like to be, you are likely to be a client for us.

1 = Completely Unfulfilled

7 = Completely Fulfilled for the Fulfillment level

  • If you are high (6 or 7) on all of the commitment and fulfillment levels in both your daily lives and future aspirations with a gap on each of only one point, you may not need us, but you may know someone who does.

  • If your commitment and fulfillment levels are less than 6 across the table then we may be the people for you to lift that.

  • Wherever your gaps are greater than 1 and at least one of the numbers is a 5 or less you may also benefit from our assistance.
