years of global experience across enterprise, government, and humanitarian
sectors, he helps leaders navigate complexity, unlock clarity, and build
systems that uplift people and performance.
His work spans Fortune 500 companies, national governments, and
purpose-driven initiatives — including engagements with the Government of
Malawi, Salesforce ecosystem firms, Commonwealth Bank, and Colliers International.
He blends psychological depth with strategic foresight, drawing from
frameworks like Spiral Dynamics, Integral Theory, and the Four Quadrants to
lead transformation that is principled, scalable, and enduring.
Mark holds degrees in business, psychology, and spiritual science —
a Bachelor’s in International Business from Schiller International University
(Germany), a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica,
and a Master’s in Spiritual Science from Peace Theological Seminary.
He previously served as Vice President of the Institute for Individual World
Peace and led global programs as a senior executive with Insight Seminars.
